Tis the season for pumpkins and they are just everywhere we turn. Normally associated with Halloween, pumpkin latte (thank you Starbucks) and hearty pumpkin soup, Pumpkins are something we only think about at this time of the year.

Its such as shame because there are so many benefits to having pumpkin in your diet all year round. Here are just five reasons to pumpkin-up no matter which season it is:
